Sales Coordinator

Kimono Fashion is looking for a Sales Coordinator to lead our online sales team and take ownership of overall sales performance. You will manage a team of 3 salespersons handling customer chats through Meta Business Suite, train them, monitor their performance, and step in on important conversations.

Our customers include retail buyers and wholesale resellers in international markets. All sales happen through chat — no calling and no field work.

• Lead and manage a sales team of 3 online salespersons
• Train new and existing team members on products, pricing, and chat handling
• Allocate incoming leads and shifts across the team
• Monitor chat quality, response times, and follow-up discipline daily
• Review each salesperson's daily sales and follow-up reports
• Step in on high-value or difficult customer conversations to help close
• Report team performance and sales numbers to management

• Take overall responsibility for the team's sales targets
• Handle customer enquiries through Meta Business Suite when required
• Share product videos, prices, and order details
• Convert enquiries into wholesale and retail orders
• Ensure every interested customer is followed up and no lead is left cold

• Experience using Meta Business Suite
• Prior experience in an online sales job is a plus
• Good written English
• Strong communication, sales, and people-management skills
• Ability to train, motivate, and manage a remote team
• Smartphone / laptop with stable internet connection (mandatory)

The working language is English. If a customer messages in another language such as French, Arabic, or Swahili, the team is expected to use translation tools and continue the chat in the customer's language.

Probation: First 14 days with a target of 10 confirmed sales. Commission eligibility begins after completing probation.
